• Prepare and record payment for staff reimbursement. • Record Purchase invoice, Prepare Payment Voucher, Remittance application, Confirm billing placement and follow up further documents, verify paid documents. • Reconcile VAT, Withholding tax, Duty Stamp, Special business tax and TAX filling to Revenue Department • Maintain Fixed Asset items in System. • Can perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• 24x7 network operation interm of 2nd line • Network troubleshooting and fault analysis by remote access based. • Trouble ticket update info and response, Communicate with carrier / Vendor in hand (Case by case) • Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis tools

1. Be part of UAT testing team to support business users as request. 2. Coordinate with business users from many entities to write and optimize in-application SQL statements, log UAT defects, consolidate and report to UAT Manager and IT. 3. Monitor defect status and work with related parties to close defect within project timeline

• Provide application and operational support to ensure that client support expectations are met through first and second level problem determination and resolution efforts. • Respond to users’ concerns via telephone, e-mail, facsimile, or video conference promptly and efficiently. • Accurately log all Helpdesk-related information such as Issue Details, Issue Handling History, and User Info. • Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the Help Desk area. • Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned by upper level. • Experience in IT Support, Call Center, or other related fields. • Experience in telephone support of external customers in resolving specific problems will be advantage. • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and IT Applications. • Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem's resolution (troubleshooting) • Good understanding and appreciation of information technology • Network & INFRA (Server related etc.) knowledge will be the advantage. • Flexible working hours (Can work during weekend / public holiday and rotation shifts). • Good command in English. • Good presentation skills. • Good communication and negotiation skill • Good service mind and good common sense. • Good logical thinking • Good problem solving and Initiative. • Working as a shift (morning shift and afternoon shift). • Able to do standby work on one Saturday per month.
