Working under supervision of HOC to coordinate the accommodation and transportation arrangements. for both outbound (OB) and inbound (IB) passengers.

Perform driver duty and related functions when required within the scope of company’s business.

Any other duties that may be assigned by HOC or the company from time to time.

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in aviation management or related field is preferred.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry standards.

Experience in customer service, flight operations, or ground handling.

Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Fair in English command both in writing and speaking.

Fair in communication skills for both Thai and English.

Good organizational and logistic skills.

Safety and customer services-oriented mind.

Smart personality with strong interpersonal skills with leadership.

Able to work under pressure with good decision making.
