หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Execution of CRM strategy, coordinating and executing activities and campaign by utilizing the full mix of communication channels available – Company application, SMS, e-mail and but not limited to member’s event.
• Monitor Company platform is performing at its best and maintaining rewards redemption inventory to ensure healthy stock level
• Execute owner’s retention and acquisition strategy utilizing owner data and analytics as agreed with CRM Manager.
• Execute end to end campaigns: planning, gathering requirement from all stakeholders, briefing production teams , coordinating and communicating feedback and providing timely project update.
• Effectively execute CRM activations and campaigns with well monitoring and tracking.
• Support all operation tasks related to project and campaign including CRM platform, generate periodic performance report as requested by CRM Manager
• Monitor corporate branding applications across the campaign materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently
• •Assist CRM Manager to take care of consumer enquiries, Q&A about marketing campaign by co-working with consumer care team to reach consumer satisfaction standard

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor Degree in marketing or related.
• Good English skill is a must
• At least 2 - 3 Y experience in marketing coordinator , product management ,project management or related
• Good & Clear Communicable level is a must,
• Capable in excel is needed (Pivot , V Lookup)
• Able to stand alone with high accountability & attention in detail
