หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• This is a customer-facing role, you will works directly with the customer and delivery team tofully understand the business and deliver the solutions that are fit for purpose including support the customer and relevant technical stakeholders to integrate to our suite of products
• Conduct the business requirement gathering workshop with all stakeholders to design a Business Requirement Document and data mapping for integration.
• Design BusinessData mapping between Company’s solution with customer’s system to meet the business requirements.
• Lead a team ofUAT members in conducting UAT and responsible in working with users/development teams in achieving the project implementation on time.
• Conduct UAT kick off to communicate with users about overall features and UAT plan.
• Support during SIT in terms of any business requirements need clarification
• Manage UAT teams to execute testing of the software applications per agreed timelines
• Provided Coaching and mentoring to Business Analyst Team

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
• 3-5 Year experience in Business analyst roles
• Experiences working on Large integration projects with multiple stakeholders and organizations
• Have a good knowledge of Software testing and software development life cycle
• Experienced in core banking system ‘s data source attributes and use cases
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Excellenttime management and organizational skills and experience establishing guide lines in these areas for others
• Experiences working with Banks or Financial Industries (Preferable)
• Understand Fraud Industry (Preferable)
• Have a Technical Background or coding experiences (Preferable)
• Very good communicating in English and Thai Native
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Able for traveling to the customer’s site if require or flexible for relocation depending on the customer project based
