• -Joint sales visits to end users with distributors
• -Responsible for sales to achieve sales targets
• -Make a report of the sales performance weekly, monthly
• -Communication with the Japan headquarters
• -Supporting communication and policy delivery from Japanese supervisors to the own team
• -Supervising the team and gathering feedback
